At The Braid Lounge<\/strong>, we are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Salon Manager<\/strong> to join our leadership team. This individual will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our modern African salon, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service to our clients.<\/p>

You will oversee staff scheduling, manage front desk operations, maintain inventory oversight, collaborate on marketing initiatives, and ensure the salon meets its financial and customer service goals. Key Responsibilities Summary:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Staff Supervision & Management:<\/strong> Recruit, train, and supervise non-braiding staff; manage braider schedules; conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive work environment.<\/li>
  • Customer Service:<\/strong> Maintain high standards of service, address client concerns, and build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and achieve pre-booking targets.<\/li>
  • Inventory Oversight:<\/strong> Oversee inventory in coordination with the Inventory Manager to ensure proper stock levels of products and supplies.<\/li>
  • Marketing & Promotion:<\/strong> Collaborate on marketing efforts, assist with social media content creation, and promote salon services through various channels.<\/li>
  • Financial Management:<\/strong> Ensure accurate financial transactions, manage payroll, and monitor the salon\u2019s financial performance.<\/li>
  • Operational Efficiency:<\/strong> Maintain a clean and safe salon environment, ensure equipment is in good working order, and enforce policies and procedures.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>

    • Proven experience in salon management or a similar role. <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on employee development. <\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent customer service and communication abilities. <\/span><\/li>
    • Familiarity with salon software for scheduling, inventory, and financial tracking. <\/span><\/li>
    • Marketing experience, particularly with social media promotion, is a plus. <\/span><\/li>
