At The Braid Lounge, we strive for your complete satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy outlines how we handle product returns, refunds, and related procedures for purchases made through our online shop or any related services.

1. Products Eligible for Return

  • We accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged products, within 30 days of purchase (or whatever timeframe you decide).
  • The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags, seals, and accessories intact.
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at ContactUs@thebraidlounge.com or via the contact form, providing your order number, name, and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–5 business days with return instructions.
  3. You will need to ship the product back to the address provided (you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

3. Refunds & Credits

  • If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping or restocking fees (if applicable).
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank/credit card).
  • In some cases, we may offer a store credit instead of a refund at our discretion.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the issue and your order information.
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping costs), depending on availability.

5. Exceptions

  • Custom or personalized items may not be returnable unless defective.
  • Digital goods (eBooks, downloadable content, online courses) are non-refundable once accessed, unless stated otherwise or required by law.
  • Services (salon services, classes) are non-refundable once rendered or used.
