Does the price include the hair?

Some of our prices include hair. Human hair, kinky twist hair and Xpression hair are available for purchase.

Prices can vary depending on the length or size of your braids. There is also an additional charge for short hair.

We offer free braid consultations Tuesday- Saturday during our customer service hours.

We recommend coming in for a free braid consultation prior to booking so that we can determine if one of our stylist will be able to serve you.

We typically assign two braiders to your service to help reduce the overall time, but it’s not always guaranteed. If you prefer to have just one braider, no problem at all! You can let us know by adding a note when you book your appointment. Our default is to have two braiders if they are available.

It’s best to have clean hair for braiding. We offer a wash and blow-dry service for an additional fee of $20, or you can wash your hair yourself before the appointment. If you choose to wash it at home, please ensure your hair is thoroughly detangled and that a comb can easily pass through it. We recommend blow-drying your hair with a comb attachment to make the process smoother. You can also add a blow-dry-only service if needed.

Absolutely! Our calendar is open year round and you can book a particular stylist, otherwise you will be scheduled with the next available braider skilled in that particular service!

Yes, we take appointments outside of our regular business hours, but, we do require a deposit to schedule these appointments. Deposits go towards the cost of your service.

We understand that things happen! However, we recommend rescheduling if you’re running late, as arriving late may shorten your appointment time and impact the results. We will always do our best to accommodate you, so feel free to give us a call—if we can still fit you in, we’ll gladly do so. Please note that if you’re more than 30 minutes late, a $25 late fee will apply.

We prefer cash payments for the remaining balance. If you choose to pay by credit card, there will be a $3 convenience fee. We also accept Zelle and Cash App with no additional fees—just let us know when you’re ready to pay, and we’ll provide the details!

Absolutely! Whether you’re working, tackling homework, or binge-watching your favorite shows, we’ve got you covered with free Wi-Fi. We do ask that you use a headset while enjoying your media, though—this helps keep the atmosphere peaceful and considerate for everyone.

Yes, we do, but it is based on space and our stylists availability. But of course, we recommend that you schedule your appointment in advance.

In consideration of other guests, we request that you don’t bring children unless they are receiving a service. In order to ensure their protection, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the salon unless they are accompanied by an adult. We wish to provide a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere for all of our clients who are receiving services.
